Selling real estate is about the real estate. It isn’t about the agent’s ego. The web site should not be about you. Okay, you are some what important and should show the potential client what you can do for them, but never forget that it is about the property.
Your web site should have great photographs of the house, condo, villa or vacant land When someone is going to be moving to a new area or state the first thing they’ll do is go on the internet and start searching, and looking at various listings. The one’s that will catch their eye (besides a great price) is the lithographs of the real estate.
Now for building the web site. You want an application that will allow you to easily add or remove properties. There’s no reason that you have to pay hefty fees to a web developer to maintain your site for you. An example is the software I used to build the following test site. Check it out!
